NEW EUROMAC MULTI TOOL
Mate Precision Tooling announces expansion of its XMT? tooling system with the addition of the XMT 12.7 mm punch, stripper and Slug Free® die to suit the new XMTE10 multi tool. Designed for use in the new 10-station Euromac XMTE10 Multi Tool, this XMT 12.7 mm tooling will accommodate round and shaped tools with a diagonal dimension up to 0.500 in (12.70 mm).

FLOATING SELF-CLINCHING FASTENERS FOR STAINLESS COMPENSATE FOR MATING HOLE MISALIGNMENT
A new family of PEM® floating self-clinching fasteners has been introduced for permanent installation into thin stainless steel sheets. The fasteners can be specified either with non-locking or locking threads and will permit up to .030 in/0.76 mm total adjustment for mating hole misalignment.
TVU-IR THREAD VERIFICATION UNIT
New Vista Corporation has developed a Thread Verification Unit for use in automatic toolchanging machining centers. The TVU-IR resides in a CNC’s toolchanger, and is automatically deployed like any other tool. The TVU-IR automatically checks for the presence, size, and depth of internal or external threads.
HIGH PERFORMANCE TOOLING FOR TITANIUM
Onsrud Cutter LP, a leading supplier of cutting tools to the aerospace industry, has introduced a line of high-performance end mills for titanium materials. The offering consists of roughers and finishers optimized for deep pocket milling. Roughers are designed for high metal removal rates with addition of variable flute indexing that reduces chatter.

ESL H-13 Nitrided Ejector Sleeves are machined from H-13 hotwork die steel and nitrided on the ID and OD to Rc 65-74.

SAV North America, the North American subsidiary of Spann Automations Normteiletechnik (SAV) GmbH of Nuremberg, Germany, is introducing a line of radial pole chucks in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. These chucks for OD, ID, and face grinding and turning operations range in size from 6 in to 16 in diameters (150 mm to 40 mm) and low profiles from 2.2 in to 2.9 in (57 mm to 75 mm).
