A radically new automated tube bending cell has been developed by Unison. It provides a complete end-to-end loading/end-forming/bending and vision inspection process in the footprint typically required for a standalone tube-bending machine. Called Uni-vercell, its innovative, all-electric machine architecture centered on an articulated robot arm breaks new ground in terms of performance and compactness.

SBM SERIES OF SHOT-BLASTING MACHINES
Controlled Automation now offers a range of automated shotblasting machines manufactured in the U.S. and specifically designed for cleaning structural steel sections and plates. These include the SBM4-60, a four-wheel (blast wheels: 4 x 25 hp) blast cabinet with an opening of 60 in wide x 40 in high. Cleaning capacity is 530 to 1,075 sq ft per hour. Dust collector capacity is 8,000 cfm. This is the most popular machine for the general fabricator.
