The Buy America policy emphasizes infrastructure procurement, and the Lincoln Electric Buy America portfolio assists customers in complying with four regulatory standards commonly encountered in government-funded projects: Buy America (BA), Buy American (BAA), Build America, Buy America (BABA), and American Iron and Steel (AIS). The Lincoln Electric portfolio of products is meticulously designed to meet all four standards.
The Buy America Portfolio features steel that is both melted and manufactured in the United States. Lincoln Electric provides Q1 and Q2 certificates through lincolnelectric.com. These include Certificates of Conformance which indicate where the steel originated and where it was melted. Each product box is labeled with this information, ensuring full transparency and compliance.
