Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, a leading worldwide manufacturer of arc welding products, will showcase its latest welding and safety equipment for manufacturing, fabrication and construction at FABTECH 2024, Oct. 15-17, in Orlando, Florida.

“This year at FABTECH, we are proud to introduce an exciting range of new solutions,” says Dave Lambert, group president. “Our team looks forward to sharing innovations that solve real-world challenges for the people who rely on our products every day.”

FABTECH 2024 attendees can stop by the booth (#W4342) to take part in demos and see the latest welding advances from Miller, Hobart®, Bernard® and Tregaskiss® — and explore new welding solutions that will be unveiled at the show.

New products at FABTECH 2024 include:

  • ClearLight™ 4x Lens Technology, available in all Digital Performance™, Digital Elite™, Digital Infinity™ and T94™ Series helmets, provides up to 4 times the clarity of welding helmets with 1/1/1/1 as per official USA ANSI certification of lens visibility. Welders can keep their helmets down between welding and nonwelding tasks, improving safety and productivity.

Manufacturing Solutions

  • OptX™ Handheld Laser Welder nearly eliminates the learning curve for beginner operators and raises productivity up to five to 10 times. Ideal for precision welding applications up to 5/16 in. with tight fit-up and minimal gaps where high productivity is needed.
  • Dynasty® 400 and 800 TIG and stick welders are now enhanced with an intuitive LCD interface that puts precision capabilities at operators’ fingertips with straightforward settings and program memory without hidden menus.
  • Hercules™ significantly boosts productivity and deposition with a high-quality, single-wire automated solution. It features the new 1/16″ FabCOR® Hercules welding wire, welding waveform and redesigned extended Tregaskiss® consumable.
  • Copilot™ collaborative robot system offers quality welding with simplified programming, settings and operation for welders of every skill level. Now available for the first time with touch sensing and seam tracking.
  • Hobart® FabCOR® Elevate Filler Metal delivers exceptional deposition rates and consistent feedability at high wire speeds for automated and handheld applications.

Construction and Fabrication Solutions

  • Trailblazer® 330 Series is a lighter and smaller construction-ready, engine-driven welder with premium features and industry-leading arc performance. Paired with remote Wireless Interface Control, it eliminates the need to walk back to the machine, saving time and money on the jobsite. The Air Pak™ model includes an integrated rotary-screw air compressor for expanded capabilities with an all-in-one solution.
  • Bernard® IronPro™ Self-Shielded FCAW Gun is ergonomically designed for optimal access and flexibility for hard-to-reach weld joints, along with a handle and trigger that retain less heat and keep out dust and dirt in harsh environments.
  • Multimatic® 220 AC/DC With Wireless Foot Pedal is the only machine in its class that offers users the ability to switch welding gas, polarity and welding process automatically while recalling the last MIG or TIG settings, now available as a wireless foot pedal package.
