BLM GROUP is pleased to announce the opening of a new service branch in France to better meet the needs of the growing customer base in the country. This branch, formerly known as SAMS SAS, is a longtime collaborator of BLM GROUP in Italy with extensive experience providing technical assistance for BLM GROUP equipment. It will now be known as BLM GROUP France SAS and will continue to support a range of solutions, including tube lasers, tube benders, sheet metal lasers, tube end-forming and wire bending machines, as well as sawing machines and 5-axis laser cutting cells.
Located in Soultz-Haut-Rhin, BLM GROUP France SAS will be led by Lionel De Campos, general manager, who will oversee the expansion and lead a team of 10 professionals from SAMS SAS to guarantee continuity of service and support.
“The objective of BLM GROUP France is to guarantee a timely and superior level of quality assistance service for all customers who rely on BLM GROUP products,” said De Campos.
The sales contacts in France will remain unchanged and BLM GROUP in Italy will continue to work closely with this new service branch.
