Bhattacharyya Promoted to Key Leadership Position at GF Machining Solutions

GF Machining Solutions has announced the promotion of Onik Bhattacharyya to the position of Managing Director and Head of Market Region North and Central Americas. In his new position, Bhattacharyya will play a key role in reinforcing the company’s industry leadership as a full manufacturing solutions provider. He will oversee the GF Machining Solutions product portfolio including milling, electrical discharge machine (EDM), laser texturing, automation and tooling for the North American market region.

“Customer satisfaction has and always will be the driving force behind GF Machining Solutions,” said Bhattacharyya. “We will continue to strengthen our support of complex project solutions that encompass milling, EDM and laser systems as well as pre- and post-processing operations and automation along with process monitoring, data collection and more.”

Prior to taking this new role, Bhattacharyya was one of the founders of Microlution Inc., a company that was acquired by GF Machining Solutions in 2016. At Microlution Inc., he served as the company’s head of global sales, then transitioned into the position of managing director in 2022.
