ENSIS 6225 AJ Series

The ENSIS 6225 AJ Series, featuring an expanded cutting area, optimizes large-scale production by efficiently handling 8′ x 20′ sheets. Its extended work envelope allows for the processing of multiple sheets, and sliding doors provide quick access to the enclosed cutting area. Loading large and thick sheets is significantly simplified by the optional free-bearing table on the pallet changer. This feature allows a single operator to move sheets into position, enhancing operational efficiency and safety.

Available in 6, 9, and 12kW models, the ENSIS 6225 AJ leverages AMADA’s Variable Beam Control technology to automatically adjust the laser beam mode to each material and thickness combination without requiring a lens change or additional setup. The ENSIS 6225 AJ Series excels in high-speed piercing and rapid cutting across a wide range of thin-to-thick materials, significantly boosting production capacity. ENSIS technology allows instant switching between a high-power density beam for piercing and the ideal beam mode for high-quality, high-speed cutting—resulting in faster processing times.

Shuttle tables with pop-up rollers ensure mark-free material transfer and sliding trays facilitate easy scrap removal. The Laser Integration System features include the i-Nozzle Checker for autonomous nozzle condition checks, and the i-Optics Sensor for alerting operators to cutting lens protection glass replacement needs, preventing potential stoppages. Additionally, the system includes an i-Process Monitoring feature capable of evaluating the piercing and cutting performance across various thicknesses of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. This capability allows the system to react appropriately when encountering processing difficulties, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.

For ease of operation, the ENSIS 6225 AJ is equipped with an AMNC 3i control, featuring a user-friendly interface, a large touchscreen, and one-touch operations to simplify tasks.

An optional i-Camera Assisted System (i-CAS) enhances remnant cutting by displaying selected remnants on the control screen for easy positioning and manipulation before cutting.

The ENSIS 6225 AJ Series achieves 1.4g acceleration over the entire work area and is automation-ready to realize its full machine potential, maximizing productivity.

EGB 1303 ARs e — Electric Automated Bending System

Eco-Conscious Bending System Enables 24/7 Production and Unmanned Throughput.

The EGB 1303 ARs e is built on the foundation of a 130-ton press brake and a 6-axis robot, delivering a powerful combination of high-speed, high-precision, and time-saving automation. This environmentally conscious solution utilizes an electric drive system and an electric crowning system.

Equipped with features such as automated tool setup, gripper exchange, bending, and stacking, the EGB 1303 ARs e enables continuous 24/7 operation. It incorporates AMADA’s Smart Loading Device, designed to effectively supply pallet-loaded parts to the bending robot. The entire process, from blank to bend, is automated.

Throughout operation, blanks are delivered and positioned on the loader. Two load cameras precisely determine the part’s location. The system autonomously checks for duplicate parts, and if identified, the redundant blank or sheet is offloaded into a drop zone without disrupting the bending schedule. This contributes to a streamlined and highly efficient unmanned operation.

An intelligent AMNC 4ie control allows voice commands to request, change, and verify bend information. A portable HMI tablet is linked to the AMNC 4ie to allow remote viewing of bending data.

Various devices for unloading parts after processing are available. Customers have the flexibility to choose a method that aligns with their specific operational needs.
