KYZEN to Showcase Variety of Metal Cleaners at FABTECH Mexico in May

KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, will exhibit at FABTECH Mexico, scheduled to take place May 7-9, 2024 at Cintermex in Monterrey, Mexico. The KYZEN Clean Team will be at Booth #1550 highlighting a range of metal cleaning chemistries to address a variety of cleaning challenges.
Cleaning and corrosion protection apply to almost every metal cleaning application, no matter the unique cleaning process. KYZEN proudly offers products to meet the challenges that you face whether you want to combine cleaning efficacy and corrosion protection, clean the tough soils presented in remanufacturing processes, or replace your solvent that may be soon hard to get.
For combination cleaning, KYZEN will showcase METALNOX M6314CP, a heavy-duty, alkaline cleaner/inhibitor formulated to remove a variety of manufacturing oils from ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, chrome steel, aluminum, magnesium and HSS-parts.
KYZEN will also provide options to “future-proof” cleaning processes from bans and restrictions with solvent replacements KYZEN SLV901 and KYZEN SLV803. Both serve as safe alternative chemistries to maintain cleaning efficacy in varying processes using solvents effected by the current phasedown in production of materials containing PFAS and HFCs.
To address cleaning challenges in remanufacturing, KYZEN will introduce and provide information about METALNOX M6357. Formulated without chelators, M6357 is compatible with steel and aluminum parts, and effectively removes heavy oils and burned on carbon when used in both spray and immersion processes.
