HE&M Saw is a well-established band saw manufacturer and offers CNC Carbide circular Sawing Machines that are automatic with models for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The saws have servo- feeding saw heads allowing for dynamic entry and exit speeds to extend blade life and eliminate burrs. The saws provide highly accurate cut-lengths with proper maintenance & using a quality blade. The saw has an option to use an “Ultra Cut” blade with a minimal 2mm kerf for a carbide-tipped blade to reduce material waste.

The high-resolution color touch screen provides easy viewing when setting machine & cutting functions. The touch screen also provides real time monitoring and system diagnostics for easy troubleshooting.

The saw has both horizontal and vertical clamping to ensure stability during the cut and includes a stroking front “outboard” vise to reduce remnant length. Automatic work piece loading and product sorting is standard for handling of material before and after the cut. Optional Bundle Loaders are also available for loading and separating materials.

The saw has a hard-plumbed hydraulic system, providing a consistent and stable output. A magnetic power brake and fan reduces backlash and vibration resonance for smoother cuts and longer blade life.

An air gun and chip conveyor are for chip removal; and both spray mist and flood coolant are available to accommodate for carbide tooth or high-speed steel blades.
