Davi, the world’s largest manufacturer of plate rolls, angle rolls and customized rolling machines, will bring its five decades of metal rolling and bending experience and expertise to NASCC: The Steel Conference, March 20 – 22, in San Antonio, Texas. The Davi technical team will be on hand at booth 1146 in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center to explain how the company’s world-class machine technology provides solutions to steel designers, fabricators and contractors.

In addition to Davi’s revolutionary e-POWER electric plate roll and the company’s versatile range of 3- and 4-roll plate roll machines, attendees can learn about the Davi MCP Angle Rolling machine that has become a top choice for master benders. The MCP angle roll features three powered rolls, each of which has its own dedicated, synchronized hydraulic motor to facilitate section feeding and provide more torque.

From small to heavy-duty machines, the MCP 3-roll machines feature two side rolls that move against a fixed top roll. Planetary guide technology actuates the side rolls to provide the necessary bending force while maintaining close tolerances in tight diameters.

For even greater accuracy and ease of use, the MCP angle roll can be equipped with Davi’s exclusive, patented HD iRoll camera. The iRoll Camera provides a digital template against which operators can continuously monitor part accuracy for fast, accurate quality control.

NASCC: The Steel Conference draws more than 5,000 steel building and bridge design and construction professionals annually. This year’s event includes more than 250 technical sessions as well as seven specialty conferences that include the World Steel Bridge Symposium and the Structural Stability Research Council Annual Stability Conference. Visitors can register to attend at the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) website.
