The KYZEN Clean Team will highlight METALNOX M6314CP and M6355 at Booth #2262.
METALNOX chemistries are specifically formulated to remove tough soils and clean metal parts used in the metal finishing, industrial, and tooling industries. KYZEN solutions like METALNOX M6314CP and M6355 provide excellent cleaning performance in addition to corrosion protection on multiple metal types.
METALNOX M6314CP is a heavy-duty, alkaline cleaner/inhibitor formulated to remove a variety of manufacturing oils used in a wide range of machining, stamping, and deep draw operations. M6314CP is suitable for use on ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, chrome steel, magnesium, and HSS-parts. It can be added to both the wash and rinse stages of multi-stage cleaning systems and is specifically designed to prevent flash rusting of ferrous metals.
METALNOX M6355 is designed to meet the stringent demands of precision stamping operations as well as select aluminum remanufacturing processes. M6355 is highly concentrated and provides a long bath life in spray-in-air and rotary basket systems. The solution effectively removes oils and carbon from aluminum and steel parts without damaging or discoloring them, while providing corrosion protection for aluminum and copper alloys.
