Hernon Manufacturing, Inc.® is pleased to announce plans to exhibit in Booth #2031 at FABTECH Mexico, scheduled to take place May 16-18, 2023 in Mexico City. The spotlight will be on Hernon’s ReAct Acrylic Adhesive line. Additionally, the company will showcase its XYZ robot dispensing tables and A100 benchtop dispensing unit.

ReAct adhesives are two-component, room-temperature-cure adhesives that are ideal for use in demanding applications that require a strong, permanent bond. The fast-curing adhesives offer excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including metals, plastics, and composites, and are resistant to a variety of environmental conditions, such as high temperatures and harsh chemicals.

Hernon’s XYZ robot dispensing tables offer a low cost, easy-to-use, precise option. These systems are ubiquitous across manufacturing today and Hernon offers some of the most reliable systems on the market to reduce down-time.

The Autobonder® A Series Digital is a high precision controller capable of handling a wide range of fluids, adhesives, and sealants. The controller is compatible with the included 30 cc syringes or can be connected with a larger reservoir for applications with high material use. Designed to be used by multiple operators in a production setting, the large digital displays on the A100 dispensing unit make it easy to see that every operator is working at the same specifications.

Hernon Manufacturing is an ISO-9001:2008 registered company with a total solutions approach, offering adhesives, sealants and dispensing equipment. The company was founded in 1978 and is headquartered in Sanford, where it has contributed to some of the nation’s most sensitive projects including Atlas rocket systems, Excalibur missile systems and even nuclear submarine manufacturing.
