COE Press Equipment Ships Coil Line to Carmeco in Lebanon, Mo.
The Carmeco press feed line is designed to handle mild steels at 40,000 PSI yield from 0.030-to-0.120” thick at 24” wide or up to 0.141” at 15” wide.

COE Press Equipment has recently shipped and installed a 24” coil processing line to Carmeco, a general fabricator located in Lebanon, MO. The press feed line consists of a Series 3 Servo Roll Feed, a Series 350 Power Straightener, a 15,000# capacity Reel, and a 24” x 60” Threading Table.
The Carmeco press feed line is designed to handle mild steels at 40,000 PSI yield from 0.030-to-0.120” thick at 24” wide or up to 0.141” at 15” wide. It can achieve a roll speed of 367 feet/minute with a feed accuracy of +/- 0.003”.
The Roll Feed features COE’s ServoMaster™ controller, which has numerous advanced features including Feed Advisor and Work Roll Advisor, which eliminate guesswork during job setup by calculating feeder speed and acceleration, and straightener work roll settings for the user, significantly reducing setup time.
