AIDA-America wishes to thank long-term employee Jim Danzi, who retired after 16 years of service, for all his years of hard work. He joined AIDA-America in August 2006 as Controller. Jim’s previous employers were large forest products companies where he worked at paper mills, timberlands, and corporate offices. Working for AIDA gave him exposure to new responsibilities, including treasury, business insurance, accounting systems development, and international laws and regulations. Jim was promoted to Senior Director of Finance in May 2008 and to VP of Finance/CFO in June 2017.
He has enjoyed working with many dedicated AIDA-America employees throughout his 16-year tenure, including serving under four AIDA-America presidents. Jim enjoys nature photography and hiking and plans to spend more time at local and regional parks. He and his wife, Jenny, also plan to travel to national parks and visit family who are spread across the US. Please join us in wishing Jim all the best in retirement. Thank you, Jim, for your dedication over the past 16 years!
