Striker Systems, an industry leader in the development of sheet metal fabrication solutions, is pleased to announce the release of STRIKER CAD/CAM 2023. STRIKER CAD/CAM provides automated programming of CNC punching and cutting equipment, nesting, and business system integration.
Driven by customer input, STRIKER CAD/CAM 2023 is our most innovative release ever delivering enhancements to existing features, as well as introducing new technology. As with all major Striker Systems software releases, additional STRIKER CAD/CAM features will also be released incrementally throughout the Release 2023 life cycle.
“Our goal with each new release is improved productivity for our customers,” states Michael Boggs, Striker Systems VP of Sales. “STRIKER 2023 achieves this through a combination of an expanded feature set, interface advancements, performance improvements, and feature innovation.” A new feature for Release 2023 is the ability for a part to override the assigned nesting rules. For example, a part may be too large to fit on the sheet with the assigned sheet margins. In previous Striker Systems releases this part would have to be handled separately. In Release 2023, it can be assigned its own nest spacing rules to override those assigned to the nest job.
Support for CNC routers have also been significantly advanced in STRIKER CAD/CAM 2023 allowing Striker Systems customers to support a broader array of equipment. With many additional features and enhancements, STRIKER CAD/CAM 2023 Release continues to deliver the best possible metal fabrication technology to Striker Systems customers.
