CS Unitec’s PTX ECO Smart is Ideal For All Critical Surface Conditioning Treatments on Flat Metal and Pipes
CS Unitec’s PTX Eco Smart is the professional surface finisher for hard, continuous use. This multi-function grinding and polishing system excels on flat surfaces and open or closed pipe constructions. An ergonomic design with anti-vibration handle offers comfortable, fatigue-free operation.
Ideal for linear polishing of stainless steel and all other metals, the PTX Eco Smart can produce shadow-free uniform surfaces when creating or matching linear finishes including #3, #4 appliance, #6 satin and #8 reflective. Applications include graining, polishing, blending, deburring, dulling, cleaning welds and more.

Grinding and Polishing Abrasives
The PTX Eco Smart multifunctional system uses drum-type wheels or abrasive belts to create or match almost any finish up to the #8 mirror finish.
- Wheel abrasive mounting system for no vibration and 100% concentricity
- Coated abrasive flap and interleaf combination wheels
- Coated and nonwoven abrasive belts for open and closed pipe constructions
- Belt sleeves for removing scratches, spot welds and oxidation
- Felt, fleece and cotton sleeves and wheels for polishing to high-gloss and mirror finish
CS Unitec offers additional high-quality abrasives in a wide range of grits. They include nonwoven fleece wheels, hard-textured or rubber-impregnated silicon carbide wheels, stranded carbon or stainless wire, bristle and fiber brush wheels.
Polishing Pastes
PTX pre-grinding and polishing pastes and creams are needed to achieve a highly reflective mirror finish when applied to either sleeves or buffing wheels. The job is not complete until the piece is protected. Cleaning and protecting agents such as Brilliance-Clean and INOX-Protect offer optimal surface protection against spots and fingerprints. Microfiber cloths allow for pore-deep cleaning and distribution of polishes. POLY Protection is also available for cleaning and preserving stainless steel and nonferrous metal surfaces.
