KYZEN to Exhibit Mild Alkaline, All-Metal Cleaner at Westec 2021

KYZEN Corp. (Nashville, TN) will exhibit at Westec 2021, which will be held Nov. 16-18 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, CA. KYZEN will be in Booth 1857 and will highlight its METALNOX M6314.

The cleaner METALNOX M6314 rinses completely, leaving a clean, spot-free, bright surface.

METALNOX M6314 is a safe, all-purpose aqueous cleaner suitable for all spray cleaning and ultrasonic systems. The cleaner is designed to clean a range of water-soluble oils and insoluble oils. It is suitable for use on ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, chrome, steel, aluminum, hard metals, and HSS parts. The cleaner removes oil, grease, emulsions, and lubricants commonly used in metal industries.

The cleaner contains corrosion inhibitors for steel to prevent flash corrosion. KYZEN said the cleaner can be used for the pre-cleaning of metals prior to coating when used in a combined cleaning coating system to prepare the surface for long-term seal coat application prior to powder coating. KYZEN added that the low-foaming qualities of M6314 make it ideal for use in monorail-type, spray-wash systems and high-pressure, manual-wash cleaning bays.

KYZEN provides environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries for a number of industries, such as electronics, advanced packaging, metal finishing, and aerospace.
