The coil processing line is comprised of a Series 1 servo roll feed, a Series 250 2.5" × 12" power straightener, a 4,000" × 12" coil reel, and a 12" × 18" threading table.

Elkay manufactures stainless steel sinks, faucets, drinking fountains, and bottle fillers. Elkay purchased the coil feed line through COE distributor Metal Forming Equipment Systems, working with Al Kosir.

The coil feed line is designed to process stainless steel coils up to 12″ wide and 43,000 PSI yield.  The line can handle material thicknesses from 0.020″ to 0.160″, depending on the material width, and can achieve a roll speed of 392 feet/minute with a feed accuracy of +/– 0.003″.  Rollers within the system are made of chrome and ensure a non-marking finish of the coil material.

The system features the ServoMaster Touch™ Controller, which provides a complete control system with single point entry for all job-specific parameters of the feed that integrates with the standard SEYI/Wintriss WPC 2000 control of the new model #SN1-121 press.
