Global Shop Solutions Celebrates 10 Years of Service Team Leadership

Manufacturers using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software appreciate stability on their software company’s service team – that’s why Global Shop Solutions (The Woodlands, TX), a global developer of ERP software for manufacturers is announcing 10 years of dedicated service from Doug Johnson, technical service manager. He oversees a team of senior technical specialists on all aspects of hardware/infrastructure, system performance, data migrations from legacy systems, software update issues, and other complex ERP application-specific issues.
