An aqueous cleaning solution with optional ultrasonics and vacuum drying, MAFAC – E. Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG rotary basket cleaning systems from Jayco Cleaning Technologies (West Chester, OH) remove contamination from complex workpieces by moving the spraying system in co-rotation or counter-rotation to a rotating, rocking or steady basket. Pulses of hot air keep residual water to a minimum. Add a vacuum drying process to lower cycle times even further. Built-in oil separators and demisters eliminate the need for an external device and exhaust ducting and ensure effective bath care.
Supported by the patented rotation of the cleaning system and the holding basket, the MAFAC JAVA’s immersion/flood cleaning operations are especially effective for components with areas that can’t be reached directly due to undercuts and hidden contours. The machine’s quick-draining operation significantly reduces secondary process times.
