User-friendly software from Marposs (Auburn Hills, MI) allows anyone to use and configure new measurements on the company’s Optoquick or Optoflash optical testing systems, thereby building more efficiency into the process. All measurements are archived for retrieval by the smart search function.
Featuring both optical and contact gauging, Optoquick is suited for high-precision gauging controls on cam, crank, gear shafts and drive shafts. It speeds work-in-progress operations and eliminates time wasted in moving parts across the shop by providing fast and precise quality control next to the machine tool on the manufacturing floor. Choose from five models based on size of the part being measured.
Based on 2D optical technology, the Optoflash provides fast and extensive quality control of small-size shafts and fasteners for the precision mechanical device and medical industries. Its industrial-grade architecture suits laboratories as well as the production floor. Four models are available.
