The company’s CFO, Michael Buffamonti, steps into his new role on April 1. He’s been a valuable financial leader at Dynabrade who also worked closely with the company’s founder.

Dynabrade Inc. (Clarence, NY) a manufacturer of industrial abrasive power tools, has appointed Michael Buffamonti as the company’s new president, effective April 1, 2021. He was the company’s chief financial officer and has been a key member of the executive management team, as well as involved in every aspect of Dynabrade’s business over his 25-year tenure.
Prior to joining Dynabrade, he held various management positions at Deloitte LLP.
Since the beginning of his career at Dynabrade, Buffamonti worked very closely with the company’s founder, Walter Welsch. He is committed to upholding the strong ideals on which the company was founded.
Buffamonti has worked to create an environment of fiscal responsibility at Dynabrade, and as a result of his leadership over the past decade, the company has experienced its strongest financial performance in its 52-year history.
