Two Electric Upcut Tube Saws
Two standard models – the eRB80 TS and eRB150 TS – electric upcut tube saws from Innovative Engineered Solutions (iES) cut diameters up to 3.5 inches (90mm) and 5.9 inches (150mm), respectively.

Innovative Engineered Solutions Inc. (iES) (Wilmington, OH) adds two models of electric upcut tube saws to its other green technology products including all-electric sizers and servo presses. Two standard models – the eRB80 TS and eRB150 TS – cut diameters up to 3.5 inches (90mm) and 5.9 inches (150mm), respectively.
The saws are controlled with a standard Allen Bradley or optional Siemens PLC/HMI and use an electric actuator for the sawblade coupled with pneumatic clamping. Digital Ethernet-based control system provides advanced diagnostics, maintenance reminders, and production information. Quick-change mounting enables rapid changeover of tube fixtures.
