The mission of Taiwan’s first cobot manufacturer is to apply TECHnology to enrich huMAN life. Sold in the U.S. by Accu Tech USA (Wake Forest, NC), Techman Robot’s TM5, TM12, and TM14 have a built-in vision system that offers template matching, item positioning, image enhancement, barcode identification and color categorizing.

As a result, the cobots can do things like automatically correct for object and pallet position offsets. No-code programming is done via hand-guiding functions with servo assist on graphical user interface. Lock selected axes to allow adjustment in defined planes and then fine-tune coordinates.

TMmanager data management and analysis software combines SFC, SCADA, and MES systems and easily integrates third-party hardware such as robotic arms and production. An early warning mechanism averts failures, increases production capacity and reduces maintenance costs. It can be combined with ERP and shipment management systems to complete the smart factory environment.

TM5: four models featuring 8.9-pound (4 kg) and 13-pound (6kg) payloads, and 27.5-inch (700mm) and 35-inch (900mm) reach.

TM12 and TM14: four models featuring 26-pound (12 kg) and 31-pound (14 kg) payloads, and 43-inch (1,100mm) and 51-inch (1,300mm) reach.

TM12M/TM14M: DC 20-60V mobile models compatible with most brands of AGVs, allowing the cobots to operate between two or more locations.
