Unlike competing products with three- or four-piece hubs, Dynabrade’s random orbital sander pads have a single-piece hub design to provide superior efficiency by minimizing tool vibration. Competitor’s hub design are three to four pieces, resulting in additional tool vibration and inefficient sanding.

Featuring a single-piece hub design that reduces face runout to 0.002-to-0.005- inch, Dynabrade Inc. (Clarence, NY) random orbital sanding pads increase efficiency by minimizing tool vibration. The company’s initial line of Elite 8 styles (vacuum and non-vacuum, 5- and 6-inch diameters, 3/8- and 5/8-inch thicknesses, and pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) or hook-face reattachable backing) will expand to 24 styles offering varying sizes, hole patterns, densities, and thicknesses.

The pads fit most competitors’ random orbital sanders and as well as Dynabrade’s Dynorbital Extreme and Dynorbital-Spirit random orbital sanders. They’re available in various colors to support co-branding and private labeling.
