Miller Electric Mfg. LLC (Appleton, WI ) has added two new bold helmet graphics to their lineup. Gear Box and Metal Matrix graphics are now available on Digital Elite and Classic Series helmets.

Metal Matrix, a Classic Series helmet, is designed with sleek, silver tones inspired by the many layered textures produced by melting metal. Classic Series helmets feature a 5.2-square-inch viewing area, an auto-on/off lens that turns on with the strike of an arc, and a lightweight 16-ounce design. Metal Matrix is the first Classic Series helmet to feature ClearLight Lens Technology. This high-definition optic technology is available on other Miller helmets, including Digital Infinity, Digital Elite, Digital Performance and T94 Series helmets, and will be integrated into all Classic Series helmets within the upcoming year.

Gear Box, a Digital Elite Series helmet, is inspired by the gaming world, with intricate details and a color scheme of shaded blacks, deep bronze and silvery blues. In addition to auto-on/off, this helmet series features a larger 9.2-square-inch viewing area and AutoSense Technology, which automatically sets the helmet sensitivity for the welder’s environment. Digital Elite helmets also feature ClearLight Lens Technology and exclusive X-Mode Technology, which eliminates sunlight and out-of-position interference by electromagnetically sensing the welding arc even when sensors are blocked.
