Pemamek’s PEMA Skymaster PRO positioner combines an intelligent programming dashboard with the company’s signature positioning technology. The software stores numerous welding positions so the knowledge each welder has can be saved and applied later.

The PEMA Skymaster PRO from Pemamek Ltd. (Cincinnati, OH) is available with intelligent PRO software for preprogramming work cycles and handling positions as well as maintenance diagnostics. The dashboard can be managed with any Wi-Fi-enabled device once a connection is established by scanning the positioner’s unique QR code.

Thanks to the visual software tool, the operator gets a better understanding of overall production, improving manufacturing capacity and saving time in serial production.

PRO software is standard on Skymaster models with handling capacity from 1,653 pounds (750 kg) to 77,192 pounds (35,000 kg).
