A newly released report from the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, International (FMA) contains results from its 2019 Salary/Wage & Benefit Survey, and includes all these insights and more.
With details about 73 positions in relevant manufacturing technology sectors, the booklet is a valuable tool for companies to attract and retain skilled employees. Data submissions were collected by between May 25 and August 15, 2019.
Actual and projected salary increases for 2018, 2019 and 2020 are comprised in the complete report, which is available now to members for $175 and nonmembers for $395 at fmanet.org/store.
