FMA has released a report that details salaries and benefits for practically every position in a fabricating or manufacturing company, from CEO to janitor and everything in between. The survey results also provide insight into several HR policies and procedures.

Ever wonder how your competitors structure compensation, pay for overtime, or how they handle terminations, benefits, employee turnover, and other proprietary issues? A newly released report from the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, International (FMA) contains results from its 2019 Salary/Wage & Benefit Survey, and includes all these insights and more.

With details about 73 positions in relevant manufacturing technology sectors, the booklet is a valuable tool for companies to attract and retain skilled employees. Data submissions were collected by between May 25 and August 15, 2019.

Actual and projected salary increases for 2018, 2019 and 2020 are comprised in the complete report, which is available now to members for $175 and nonmembers for $395 at fmanet.org/store.

Compensation details from respondents range from operators and technicians to sales reps and welders and also include:
