ShopFloorConnect production-tracking software helps manufacturers increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by tracking the activity of each piece of equipment in real time and displaying the results on any web browser including mobile devices. According to developer Wintriss Controls Group (Acton, MA), the platform pays for itself in three to six months by enabling manufacturers to identify, quantify, and eliminate inefficiencies such as bottlenecks and reducing machine downtime by up to 70%.

Featuring a new design format for fast and easy access to all data, the latest version includes several new features for more robust, user-friendly reporting and dashboard customization, flexible scheduling capabilities, and machine interface enhancements.

For even better production analysis, for example, users can improve OEE by tracking the reasons for scrap. ShopFloorConnect Version 6.0 also allows users to manually enter good and bad part count data (vital for OEE calculation) when machines with batch processes make it impossible or impractical to automatically count parts as they’re being produced.

This latest program version also handles multiple languages and time zones.
