Standard Multispindle Drill Line Provides Extensive Flexibility
Suhner Industrial Products’ extensive POLYDrill family provides drilling capacities from 0.06 inch to 1 inch (1.5 mm to 25 mm) and speeds of up to 20,000 rpm.

Suhner Industrial Products Corp.’s (Rome, GA) POLYDrill line of multispindle drill heads provide capacity between 0.06 inch to 1 inch (1.5 mm to 25 mm), minimum hole spacing of 0.27 inch (7 mm), and virtually limitless maximum hole spacing. The line also includes heads with two adjustable spindles for the utmost flexibility.
The MH 20/5, MH 20/7, and MH 20/10 have a maximum speed of 4,000 rpm and provide drilling capacities of 5 mm, 7 mm, and 10 mm, respectively.
The MH 20/13 has a maximum drilling capacity of 13 mm and a maximum permissible speed of 3,000 rpm.
The MHF has up to 10 spindles, a custom-made pattern, and a fixed spindle distance. Maximum drilling capacity is 5 mm to 13 mm; speed ranges from 2,500 rpm to 4,000 rpm.
The MHFP is equipped with eight spindles with preloaded angular contact bearings for use of carbide tools and fixed spindle distance. Maximum drilling capacity is 7 mm to 20 mm; speed, up to 8,000 rpm. VG 4-8 flex-shaft drive system allows user to power up to eight machining units with a single motor (speed range: 46 rpm to 9,320 rpm). Flexible drive shafts NA 7/10/12 have a speed range of 12,000 rpm to 20,000 rpm.
Optional tool holders include ER, ST, JT33, Weldon, and customizable styles. Additional options include axial and radial compensation and custom layout and spacing.
