Designed for use with vertical and horizontal CNC machining applications like double-column, bridge, gantry, or boring mills, Bluco Corp.’s (Naperville, IL) extra-large fixturing system is the first and only precision modular fixturing system for extremely large parts.
Custom-configured base plates up to 20 feet (6,000 mm) feature hardened bushings and tapped holes that can be designed to fit any machine bed or pallet with tight tolerances of +/-0.0006-inch between holes.
The company’s team of experienced engineers work with customers to design customized solutions from over 120 extra-large modular components designed to work with the system. The company also can create specialty components made for a specific application.
