The Chip Blower from Big Kaiser Precision Tooling (Hoffman Estates, IL) makes removing chips and coolant from parts and machine tables fast and easy.
The blower automates in-machine cleaning of coolant and chips by delivering high-volume air flow with the spindle’s rotation. When not in use, it fits easily into any automatic tool change system for vertical, horizontal, or multitasking machining centers. It can be used with automatic tool changers and programmed into a machining cycle, helping to improve machine utilization and increase productivity.
Available in three sizes (160 Type, 260 Type, and 330 Type), each with center-through coolant for high-pressure washing.
