Haimer USA’s (Igenhausen, Bavaria) Power Clamp Preset NG is a high-performance shrink-fit machine that features the company’s intelligent new generation (NG) coil.
The intelligent NG coils are flexible and adjustable. Stop discs are no longer required because the NG coil adapts to the size of the shrink-fit chuck in length and diameter. The chuck is only heated where it is intended, even with special sizes.
The unit features a vertical stop for length presetting, integrated contact cooling, capability for solid-carbide and HSS tools from 3 mm to 32 mm in diameter, and 13 kW power.
Delivery includes: Shrink fit machine Power Clamp Preset NG; Cooling Manager; two precision base holders; two precision chuck supports.
