Two manual powder coating systems from Carlisle Fluid Technologies (Scottsdale, AZ) are versatile, ergonomic, and arrive fully assembled in configurations that include single- or dual-gun, box-feed vibrating bed, or fluidizing container. The balanced, ultralight spray gun on the ms Topcoater Elite Series 5 and ms Topcoater Speedy Series 4 reduce user fatigue and improve efficiency.
With controls that are easy and intuitive, the powder carts enable 30-second color changes with an automatic, built-in cleaning system. Features include:

- Easy storage of 96 programs
- Preloaded standard programs for first coat, re-coat, metallic powder, and complex-part geometry.
The touchscreens can be used with gloves. A wide range of multifunctional nozzle systems enables fine spray patterns and uniform coating thicknesses even with metallic powder coatings. Powder feeds directly from the original packaging with adjustable-flow rates, and an injector rod enables low-air power feed. A flat spray nozzle and conical nozzle set are included.
ms Topcoater powder carts feature diagnostic functions for the cascade and control device. They are powered with digital high-voltage technology: 0-100 kV/1–100 μA.
