The 28-ton BB306 from MC Machinery Systems Inc. (Elk Grove Village, IL) provides the same standard features – integrated all-axis pulse handle, thickness detection, multiaxis backgauge, front and back LED lighting, and 22-inch control panel – in a small footprint designed to fit any facility and form smaller parts.
The fully electric press brake’s 30-inch (764-mm) table supports a bending length of 25 inches (630 mm). Like the company’s other BB and BH series machines, the BB306 comes with metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) control and 100% Mitsubishi electronics, motors, and servo drives featuring an AC servomotor and ball screw drive mechanism for high-speed productivity and repeatability.
The machine has a folding front table, 5-axis backgauge, and a tilting controller the operator can adjust to work sitting or standing.
