Maximum Precision in the Powder Bed
DMG MORI expands its selective laser melting (SLM) machine lineup with the Lasertec 12 SLM and Lasertec 30 SLM. Both machines feature the rePLUG module, which enhances safety and enables powder to be changed within two hours.

The DMG MORI (Hoffman Estates, IL) portfolio in powder bed technology now includes the second-generation Lasertec 30 SLM (for selective laser melting) with its large build chamber of 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm and the Lasertec 12 SLM, which sets new standards in precision thanks to its focal diameter of 35 µm. Measuring 125 mm x 125 mm x 200 mm, it has the biggest build chamber in its class.
All Lasertec SLM machines feature the rePlug module. Its closed powder circuit ensures a high level of work safety and users can easily change the powder within two hours, the fastest option on the market.
