Jason Industries Plans to Acquire The Matchless Polish Company
The acquisition will add a full line of metal finishing products and services to Jason’s Osborn industrial business unit.

Jason Industries (Milwaukee, WI), a diversified corporation with Osborn and Milsco business units, has announced the planned acquisition of The Matchless Metal Polish Company (Chicago, IL). The acquisition will offer customers access to solutions for surface preparation, cutting, cleaning and finishing supported by the company’s technical expertise, delivery and quality. Matchless will be incorporated into Osborn, which is the primary business unit serving the Industrial market segment for Jason Industries.
The Matchless Metal Polish Company, founded in 1885, provides a full line of metal finishing products and services including buffing compounds, buffing wheels, abrasives and chemicals.
