The new 7-inch Stringer Bead Brush from Osborn (Richmond, IN) features the same proprietary TufWire wire strands as those used in innovative TufBrush stringer bead brushes to provide increased rigidity and aggressiveness for weld cleanup applications, including root and hot pass, surface preparation, deburring, pipe joining and other applications. With an improved, proprietary design structure, this 7-inch stringer bead wire brush gives users another great option so they don’t have to choose between longer life or material removal when it comes to brushes.
Osborn has also partnered with Bosch to offers a new innovative attachment for abrasives and brushes using the proprietary Bosch X-LOCK quick-mount angle grinder system that makes changing accessories up to 5 times faster than conventional attachments without the use of additional tools. Osborn’s patent-pending X-Lock quick-mount system provides increased safety with superior stability and vibration control. This new attachment has metal rings that are sandwiched between fiberglass and bonded to the discs, creating a safer application that ensures maximum tool-to-accessory contact, providing the strongest center ring bond with superior stability and vibration control for operator safety.
