The lightweight ErgoMax MIG gun provides high volume throughput and moves more air to effectively cool the gun in the most challenging welding environments. Its flexible 360 deg ball-joint design and ergonomic handle reduce operator fatigue and improve maneuverability and adaptability to a wide array of work positions.

The ErgoMax MIG gun works in conjunction with the FV-500-20 high-vacuum extractor to provide up to 99.97 percent filtration. Multiple configurations include a four-gun continuous duty unit. The system can be adapted to handle up to eight guns of intermittent duty. An optional welding boom can provide added reach to expand the available workspace. Available in multiple lengths, it features simple hand crank height adjustment and integral components for high vacuum delivery.

The new FV-500-20 weld fume source capture system with Ergomax fume guns from FumeVac (New Berlin, WI) is a highly effective, efficient and versatile system for dust and fume control. Unlike many other air extraction systems on the market, it can meet the stringent ACGIH guidelines and OSHA standards for mitigating harmful welding fumes, including manganese and hexavalent chromium. With a superior air flow rating that’s approximately 20 percent to 30 percent higher than the next best option on the market, this system captures fumes and dust that others can’t.

Key to the system’s ability to create a safer, healthier work environment is the new ErgoMax MIG gun. Designed to perform in even the most challenging welding environments, these guns offer the highest volume throughput of any competing guns.
