Harris Acquires BobCAD-CAM

BobCAD-CAM will be run as an independent business unit within Harris.

The Harris Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc. (Ottawa, ON) announced they have completed the acquisition of BobCAD CAM Inc. (Clearwater, FL) that will be run as an independent business unit within their company. Larry Pendleton, the president of BobCAD has been named as the executive vice president for the business.

“We are excited to join their team. We look forward to our next steps towards furthering our growth in both products and services to manufacturers globally,” commented Pendleton.
