Robotic Torch Reaming

The new TCS-FP Torch Cleaning Station from Abicor Binzel USA, Inc. (Frederick, MD) combines the latest in torch maintenance developments for robotic welding peripherals by integrating best-in-class reaming and wire cutting features with more user-friendly functions. The TCS-FP (short for Full Package) is equipped with an optimized standing height that is more in line with industry-accepted standards, a motion-activated anti-spatter injector that eliminates a solenoid, future Fieldbus connectivity to support software packages, and a single point connection for all electrical wiring. This station complements the existing TCS Compact for robot torch maintenance.
