Omron Microscan Names New President/CEO
Andy Zosel is appointed president and chief executive officer.

Omron Automation Americas (Hoffman Estates, IL) announced that Andy Zosel has been appointed as the new president and chief executive officer of Omron Microscan Systems, Inc. (Renton WA). He joined Microscan in 1997 as a design engineer and has since held several leadership positions in customer service, marketing and engineering. Zosel brings a unique blend of both technical aptitude and customer focused strategic marketing. Most recently, he served as the senior vice president of engineering and commercial operations, and will continue to be based out of their headquarters in Renton, WA.
According to Nigel Blakeway, the managing executive officer and chairman of Omron Management Centers of America, Europe and Asia Pacific, “Andy began his career with the company over 22 years ago and has progressively grown his career with the organization during this time. I am confident he will continue to successfully lead the organization well into the future.”
