Big Bore Rotary Tables for Large Part Machining

For machining large diameter parts used mainly oil/energy applications, the Tsudakoma RCB Series extra-large center bore, dual disc hydraulic clamping rotary table from KOMA Precision uses a proprietary dual-lead worm gear system with ultra-precision cross roller bearings to deliver optimum balance between power, durability and smooth cutting performance.

The Tsudakoma RCB Series extra-large center bore, dual disc hydraulic clamping rotary table from KOMA Precision can be mounted either vertically or horizontally with various options, such as chucks, tailstocks, support spindles, and faceplates. Pneumatic and hydraulic rotary joints for automatic load and unload of the workpiece are also available.

Tsudakoma RCB Series extra-large center bore, dual disc hydraulic clamping rotary tables from KOMA Precision, Inc. (East Windsor, CT) use a proprietary dual-lead worm gear system with ultra-precision cross roller bearings that delivers the optimum balance between power, durability and smooth cutting performance. Three new RCB table models are available, with table diameter of RCB-350, R being 8.45 in; RCB-450, R with 10.4 in; and RCB-550, R with 12.4 in. These rotary tables can be mounted either vertically or horizontally. Various options, such as chucks, tailstocks, support spindles, and faceplates are available.
