Hypertherm Inc. (Hanover, NH) unveiled a new home for their CAM software content, migrating content previously found at hyperthermcam.com to their global website at www.hypertherm.com. As part of this move, their web team worked to improve the user experience for customers of their CAM software products, such as ProNest, Design2Fab, and Rotary Tube Pro, by re-thinking how information is presented on their CAM software products, customer case studies, trial requests, and the popular Knowledge Base that includes training modules, videos, articles, troubleshooting guidance and more. These are now all available on their global website.

“We are excited to unveil this new home for our customers because we know it will streamline their experience with our products by providing all the information they need in one place,” said Tom Stillwell, the CAM product manager at Hypertherm. “With this change, users can now see the entire portfolio of our offerings and have easier access to customer support and our technical service resources.” Alternatively, customers can access these three content areas directly by clicking the following links: product information, technical support, and the Knowledge Base.
