Kitagawa North-Tech Reorganizes Sales Staff
Shawn Luschei is vice president of sales and marketing, Dale Anderson is inside sales manager, and Ryosuke Yatsunami is business development manager.

Kitagawa North-Tech, Inc. (Schaumburg, IL) announced some changes to their sales organization, realigning their inside and outside sales teams to improve operational efficiency and better serve their North American customers. The following announcements and promotions were made reflecting these changes:
- Shawn Luschei is promoted to vice president of sales and marketing. He worked for the company for 17 years from 1994 to 2011, then rejoined in 2017 as a senior sales manager. In this new role, he will manage and direct inside and outside sales teams, as well as the Productivity Team (P) and Customer Service group. The “P” Team is an in-house group of engineers and project managers that are responsible for designing, engineering and manufacturing custom workholding solutions for part specific machining projects.
- Dale Anderson is promoted to inside sales manager and will have direct responsibility for leading the inside sales and customer service teams. He previously worked for the company for nine years before returning in 2018. Throughout his career, Anderson has served the company in many roles and capacities, ranging from inside sales, regional sales manager, project management and engineering management. He will report to Luschei, who added, “Dale is a workholding, machining and chuck expert. He is extremely technical and versed in workholding technology, which makes him excellent at providing customers with systems that address and solve their workholding requirements. With his extensive knowledge, he will help mentor our inside sales team and staff.”
- Ryosuke Yatsunami is promoted to business development manager. Previously serving as inside sales manager, he will now operate in a few different management and sales capacities and focus on supporting strategic growth initiatives, including rotary table new product launches and key accounts management while maintaining relationships with strategic vendors in Japan. Ryosuke will also be responsible for developing and supporting sales for a new Mexico operation.
