Brian Morris started with Blum-Novotest, Inc. (Erlanger, KY) seven years ago as their Midwest regional manager and on March 1, 2019, he transitioned to cover the Southwest
region of the U.S. He now manages both sales and service processes in the Southwest region and is responsible for procuring new business opportunities, strengthening current business relationships and ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded. Based out of Dallas, TX, his manufacturing career started with his first job as a CNC machinist for a job shop in Rockford, IL. From there, he was quickly promoted to application engineer and then senior application engineer for an East coast machine tool builder, where he was responsible for training new customers on machine tool controllers and programming. Morris then transitioned into sales for a CNC machine tool accessory provider and later was their sales manager for entire Midwest region.

Andrew Nichols takes over as the Midwest regional manager of Blum-Novotest after five years of overseeing service installations as a product specialist and being instrumental in strengthening relationships with many key accounts. Based out of Milwaukee, WI, he now manages all sales processes in the Midwest region. His career began with an apprenticeship for a mold making shop, then he became a journeyman tool and die maker and eventually a 3-axis and 5-axis CNC programmer. After gaining experience on the shop floor, he transitioned into management for an investment casting company serving the automotive, oil and gas, firearm and agriculture industries.
