Ipsen USA Appoints New Customer Service Manager
Matt Clinite now manages aftermarket support for parts, engineered systems and service.

Ipsen USA (Cherry Valley, IL) promoted Matt Clinite from the position of Midwest regional sales owner to customer service sales manager. He is now responsible for building their customer service sales team to provide aftermarket support for parts, engineered solutions, and service. Clinite joined the company in June 2014 as a sales engineer and for the past four years has served as the regional sales owner for their Midwest region. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Illinois State University in 2011.
His experience and proven approach to customer service, combined with his technical ability, makes him the ideal fit for this role. “Since day one, Matt has influenced us in a positive direction,” said Pete Kerbel, their vice president of sales. “He has excelled because of his work ethic and determination to solve problems for customers.”
