Bystronic Inc. (Elgin, IL) appointed Victor Stepien as their new Midwest regional manager for Iowa, Minnesota, northwest Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Stepien brings over 20 years of diverse manufacturing and corporate management experience to his role, specializing in direct sales, customer service, business development and management of metal fabricating and other complex technical equipment. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from Butler University and is fluent in five languages: English, Polish, German, Spanish and Russian.
