Used with high-speed die grinders, 3-in-1 Diamond Grinding Wheels from Innovative Products of America (IPA®; Woodstock, NY) are available in 2 in (#8120) and 3 in (#8151) diameters. Each grinding disc features a diamond-abrasive edge that lasts 20X to 60X longer than traditional abrasives. In addition to maintaining their size and shape throughout their life, these diamond grinding wheels cut faster, produce low sparks and odor. Their innovative, three-dimensional coating allows back cutting, gully grinding and bead finishing in areas other grinding wheels cannot access. “The real advantage is having this level of superior performance with a die grinder that is typically limited to burrs, cut-off wheels and sanding pads,” noted Ian Vinci, the vice president of IPA. “As people learn what these wheels can do, it opens up new possibilities and immediately changes the way they approach their work.” These grinding wheels are available through most professional tool distributors.
