Workspace dimensions of the No. 828 cabinet oven are 26 in W x 26 in D x 38 in H. Nichrome wire heating elements provide 6.6 kW while a 700 CFM, 1/2 hp recirculating blower provides vertical upward airflow to the workload. This oven has 4 in insulated walls, an aluminized steel exterior and Type 430 stainless steel interior. Controls include a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature with separate contactors and a recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
